Do you crack the spine?
Spinal manipulation is often associated with chiropractic care. Here at our Norwich chiropractic clinic we have a number of manipulative and non-manipulative techniques that have helped thousands of clients get great results. It is important to us that you are comfortable with the care that you receive. Chiropractic care is individual and using a technique that is effective and comfortable is important to us.
Do I have to change into my underwear?
It is important to us that you are comfortable when in our office and undressing for examinations is an important part of this. Men are usually asked to remove their shirts and women are provided with a gown and private place to change. This gown opens at the back and usually women leave on trousers or skirts as well as their bra when wearing this gown. You would never be asked to change in front of others or appear anywhere in your underwear. If you have further questions please ask.
Do adjustments hurt? Are they safe?
Adjustments usually feel good. Our techniques are safe, gentle and effective. Newborns, infants, children, seniors and even back surgery clients all are adjusted at Inspired Chiropractic. Each of these types of people have different spinal needs. From the still developing joints of the newborn, to the altered anatomy of those who have had surgery, our large range of adjusting techniques and extensive training allows us to work safely and with confidence.
