Since I gave a birth to my first child 8 years ago I had a constant pain in my back. It was so bad that I couldn’t even get up from the bed sometimes. Having a desk job didn’t help either. Went along with neck niggles and had no idea what to expect as have never visited a Chiropractor before. Very thorough examination revealing a few issues with my spine. I’ve noticed such a difference in my back since I started with Inspired Chiropractic; at each assessment, I’ve been able to see and feel the progress made. I come out of every appointment relaxed with little to no pain which really does last a good while. Appointments are person-centred according to both health and external circumstances, which is great for me as someone who benefits from chiropractic care whilst also being a student and someone training in the health sector. Suffering from sciatica and low back pain for approx 2 years, and with little help from my GP I started going to Inspired Chiropractic in November last year. I was made to feel very comfortable from the outset by the reception staff who are always friendly and helpful.
I am currently attending for adjustments with Jonathan once a week as I still experience some sciatica but now it is manageable and I’m hopeful it will get better. The lower back pain has gone. Which has made a huge difference to my life. My general health has improved, I feel stronger and I sleep much better too. At 75 years I really didn’t expect my mobility or wellbeing to improve, but gradually it has.

I decided to visit a chiropractor to see if they could help.
